Where should we find accommodations? Recommended hotels based on location,
comfort, and price. Of course, you may be able to find accommodation
which is more aligned with your preferences, but do take into account
any transport which may be required to get you to and from the hash
events, as the “Home” is going to be in Punta Carretas (on the southern

the event from the last weekend of November, to avoid the extreme demand
which will be generated by the final of the South American Copa
Libertadores, our weekend of 20-22 Nov 2026 will still be one of high
demand due to there being public holidays/long weekends in both Brazil
and Argentina on these dates. Early room booking is recommended to
ensure your place. |

| I cannot attend,
can I get a refund? There will be no refunds, but we will support transfer or regos. We are opening up our TRANSFER process. If you have already paid, and now know you cannot attend, you can sell your rego. Please fill out the form linked below, both seller and buyer, and submit a scanned PDF for with all data filled out.
